Uluppuni Top Station - History details

Uluppuni is a breezy meadowland near Vagamon on the Idukki–Kottayam border, with sunrise views over the Kulamavu reservoir. The off‑road trail traverses high‑range grasslands at the edge of the Western Ghats. Film buffs know its meadows from ‘Iyobinte Pusthakam’ (2014). Best season Oct–Feb; ideal dawn entry via Pullikkanam–Elappara Road; jeep trails available.
