Viceregal Lodge Shimla - History details
Viceregal Lodge, built 1880–1888 in Jacobethan style, served as the British Viceroy’s summer residence. Site of the 1945 Simla Conference, it houses colonial artefacts and now hosts the Indian Institute of Advanced Study.
