The Indian Himalayan Centre for Adventure and Eco-Tourism (IHCAE) is located in the village of Chemchey in the Namchi district, not Gyalshing. It is the first center of its kind in Northeast India, founded to provide training for adventure sports and promote eco-tourism without harming the environment.
