Built between 1781 and 1791 in Indo‑Islamic teak architecture, Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace in Bengaluru served as the ruler’s summer residence. After his death, the British used it as a secretariat; today ASI preserves it as a museum showcasing Tipu’s life and artifacts.
